B&M 1545

The Bachmann Boston and Maine 1545 is a bit of a slow loco until you give it some juice. Its one of my favorite locos on the layout. It's DCC. It has a bit of a story on why I bought it. After a few months my Bachmann Santa Fe Thunder Chief 275 broke so we sent it back to Bachmann for reapir and just had to get a backup engine at Arnies trains (an awesome train store). That's how 1545 came along. I don't think Bachmann sells this engine anymore.

By the way, Bachmann was super responsive to our repair request. They fixed the engine and sent it back, keeping us informed when we asked.
